Our "Happiness Guarantee" (and When It Applies)

We want you to be genuinely happy with 7Yug.

  • The "Try Before You Buy" Approach: We strongly encourage you to take advantage of any free trials or demos we offer. This is your chance to kick the tires and make sure 7Yug is the perfect fit for your business before committing to a subscription.
  • Subscription Refunds:
    • Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: If you decide 7Yug isn't for you within 3 working days of your initial subscription payment (for either monthly or annual plans), we'll offer a full refund, no questions asked. After this 3 working day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No Partial Refunds for Annual Plans After 3 Working Days: Please note that beyond the initial 3 working day refund window, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of annual plans.
  • No Refunds For:
    • Services already rendered beyond the stated refund windows.
    • Add-ons or custom development services (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
    • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
